Comentários : Demag cc 2400 450t 1989 Main boom 90 meter Luffing jib 66 meter Superlift – including superlift tray – Hookblock 400t / split in 200/200 Herewith we send you a short overview concerning the works carried out on the CC2400 crawler crane : • Various repairs main boom. • Various repairs jib. • Various repairs superlift. • Most of the sheaves of the head main boom, head superlift and luffer I en luffer II renewed. • Engine overhauled. • 3x winch overhauled. • Hoist wire renewed. • Hydraulic oil renewed. • Complete LMB (PAT) system renewed. • Hydraulic crawler assemble system installed. • Hydraulic system (4x cylinders) for loading and unloading under carrier installed. • Hydraulic manifold/valve renewed. • Hydraulic pumps are tested. • Slewing gear inspected. • Damaged and “old” hydraulic hoses renewed. • Cabin overhauled. • Complete crane, main boom, jib and superlift painted.
